Fire Symbol
Book

My fire symbol book was on of my most challenging projects I have ever worked on. To start, this was the first project my professor assigned after the shift to online classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Learning to decipher the world of online learning and designing iconography, was an extremely difficult but rewarding process.

This digital symbol book focuses on fire and its many uses. Each purpose features its own unique symbol and imagery.

Lana Del REy
album Booklet

This Lana Del Rey Greatest Hits album booklet is one of my favorite projects to this day. I was given the task to create a Greatest Hits album booklet for a musician starting with the letter L. Being an avid Lana fan since middle school, I knew that she would make the perfect muse.

I chose to tailor this project around the Americana sugar baby aesthetic she references throughout her discography. From chain smoking cigarettes, to her signature emerald ring, this album booklet encapsulates her persona perfectly.

Each panel tells a different part of her story. The inside of this booklet features an exclusive album poster.

type specimen
book

When I first joined the design program, I discovered my interest in typography almost immediately. When my professor instructed us to explore type by creating a specimen book, I was SO excited. I love everything about this project to this day.

The Shining book covers

Horror and true crime are just a few of my guilty pleasures. As much as I enjoy those things, I had never explored the horror aesthetic through a design lens. When given the challenge of designing a book cover, I knew I wanted to get out of my comfort zone. What better way to do so than to create a cover for an iconic horror franchise? The center selection was my final project submission, but I couldn't resist doing a few more explorations.
